I don’t know if it was the director or Shemar and Paget themselves, but I’m so glad the reaction to that wasn’t one of amusement (especially from Morgan). On so many other shows it would have been.

Yes, the fact that they’re both shocked/appalled is wonderfully in character and that last line from Garcia (“apparently making it funny makes it okay”) kind of sums up how reacting with amusement is not an appropriate reaction.

I always think about how appalled P and M look during this scene when people think it’s all ~good fun~ to make gross boob references about the scene in ‘Lauren’ when Prentiss is forcibly stripped in preparation to be tortured. Parts of this fandom can be so gross.

Garcia’s face in the last gif though… god it’s almost like she’s a scared confused 12 year old all over again.
